How do I activate my Farmers Mastercard?
It’s easy, you just need to select a PIN. To do this, just login to your My Account, or call 0800 990 077 from NZ (or +64 9 953 0556 from overseas) during normal business hours.
Where can I find my Customer ID?
Your customer ID (Q ID) is printed on the back of your Farmers Mastercard. You can also find it on the top right hand side of your monthly statement, and via your Farmers Mastercard app.

You can earn Farmers Club Points simply by shopping with your Farmers Mastercard! You earn 1 Farmers Club Point for every $10 spent everywhere Mastercard is accepted, provided you have a valid Farmers Club Card linked to your Farmers Mastercard Account.
How do I link my Farmers Club Card to my Farmers Mastercard?
You can link your Farmers Club Card to your Farmers Mastercard when you sign up, you just need to enter your Farmers Club Card number which is printed on your Club Card. If you don’t link it at sign up, or you need to update it, you can also link it via your Farmers Mastercard My Account.
