Activating your new Farmers Mastercard®
It's easy to activate - select an option below to activate your new card.
Activate online by going to My Account - Activate
You will need:
- Your new Farmers Mastercard
- Your temporary password that was sent via SMS
When you login:
- You'll need to change your password
- You'll be asked to enter your CVC (3 digit number on the back of your card) to activate your card
- And you'll be able to set a 4 digit PIN for your card
Activate via the app by downloading the app from the iTunes for iPhone or Google Play for Android.
You will need:
- Your new Farmers Mastercard
- Your smart phone
- The Farmers Mastercard app
When you login:
- If you are a first time user, you will need to set a new password, click ‘don’t have one’ and follow the prompts
- If your device supports, you can also choose to set up a pin or fingerprint access
- Accept ‘Terms & Conditions’
- Access ‘Card Activation’
- Enter your CVC (3 digit number on the back of your card)
- You can now set up a 4 digit PIN for your card

You will need:
- Your new Farmers Mastercard
When you call us:
- You'll be asked some security questions to verify your ID
- Then you'll be asked to set a 4 digit PIN for your card
Once you activate and sign your card, you’ll be able to start earning Farmers Club Points everywhere*
- Spend $10 Earn 1 Farmers Club Point, everywhere MasterCard is accepted*
- Swipe with your Club Card at Farmers and earn Farmers Club Points twice over
- No interest for up to 55 days in-store and online^
- Interest-free terms available at retailers across New Zealand+
- Contactless and Apple Pay enabled#
- Download the Farmers Mastercard app and manage your account online, simply login to our secure My Account Service.
