THINGS YOU SHOULD KNOW:

^$1,000 Spend Back Prize Draw conditions apply:

1. Valid from 12:01am Thursday 5 to 11:59pm Tuesday 31 March 2026 New Zealand local time (“Prize Draw Period”). Entries received outside this time will be ineligible for entry.  
2. The entities responsible for this promotion are Columbus Financial Services Limited (Farmers Mastercard) and Retail Financial Services Limited (Farmers Finance Card) (together the “Promoter”).  
3. There are two (2) prizes in total to give away (“Prize Draw”).  
4. Two (2) Prize Draw winners will receive a credit equal to their total eligible spend during the Prize Draw Period on their Farmers Mastercard or Farmers Finance Card account, up to a maximum amount of $1,000 (“Prize”).  
5. An entry into the Prize Draw is automatic every time an eligible purchase is made with Farmers Mastercard account during the Prize Draw Period (which is all purchases excluding long term finance, cash advances, balance transfers, interest charges, and quasi-cash transactions. The transaction date and time is determined by when and where the merchant processes the purchase and is outside of the Promoter’s control and may affect eligibility.  
6. Double entries into the Prize Draw are automatic every time a purchase is made in-store and online at any accepting retailer from Saturday 28 to Sunday 29 March 2025. 
7. If a Prize Draw winner is deemed ineligible for any reasons, the Promoter reserves the right to draw a replacement Prize Draw winner.  
8. The Prize is not negotiable or transferable for cash.  
9. To be eligible for a Prize, an account must not be in arrears at the time the Prize Draw takes place.  
10. Any purchases made on Farmers Finance Card or Farmers Mastercard during the Prize Draw Period that have been cancelled, refunded, returned, or suspended before the Prize Draw date will not be eligible for entry into the Prize Draw.  
11. Two (2) winners will be drawn at random from all eligible entries received during the Prize Draw Period.  
12. The Prize Draw will take place at 111 Carlton Gore Rd, Newmarket, Auckland on Tuesday 7 April 2026.  
13. The Prize Draw winners will be notified via phone or email by Friday 10 April 2026. If the Prize Draw winner cannot be contacted within 5 business days, Promoter reserves the right to re-draw an alternative Prize winner.  
14. Acceptance of the Prize is deemed consent for the Promoter to use that information including the Prize Draw winners’ details, first name and photograph, for promotional and media purposes. The Promoter collects and processes personal information in order to run the promotion and offer the Prize and as otherwise set out in our Privacy Policy.  
15. The Promoter’s decision is final, and no correspondence will be entered into. Failure by the Promoter to enforce any of its rights at any stage does not constitute a waiver of those rights.  
16. To the maximum extent permitted by law, the Promoter is not liable for any failure (for whatever reason) to record an entry into the Prize Draw.  
17. Entry into the Prize Draw and/or accepting the Prize is deemed acceptance of these terms and conditions.  
18. To the maximum extent permitted by law, the Promoter is not responsible or liable for any tax implications that may arise from winning the prize. Independent financial advice should be sought.  
19. Except for any liability that cannot be excluded by law, the Promoter shall not be liable for any loss, damage, personal injury whatsoever, including but not limited to indirect or consequential loss, which is suffered or sustained arising out of or in connection with a prize or this Prize Draw.  
20. Where goods or services are supplied by third parties, the Promoter does not warrant the quality of such goods and/or services or their suitability. However, nothing in these terms and conditions is intended to exclude, restrict, or modify a consumer’s rights under the Consumer Guarantees Act 1993.  
21. Employees of the Promoter and/or Farmers Trading Company Limited are not eligible to enter the Prize Draw.  
22. All dates and time are in New Zealand local time.  
23. Farmers Mastercard terms and conditions (which includes any and all relevant privacy notices) apply.  
24. Lending criteria, $50 annual Account Fee, fees, Ts&Cs apply. Credit provided by Columbus Financial Services Limited (Farmers Mastercard).
