1. Promotional offer valid for all new accounts opened from approved online Farmers Mastercard applications received from 1 July 2022 to 11:59pm NZST 31 July 2022 (inclusive) (“Offer Period”) using the Promo Code ‘NOFEE’.
2. To be eligible to redeem this offer you must enter the promo code ‘NOFEE’ on the first page of your application.
3. Eligible new Farmers Mastercard customers approved during the Offer Period will have the Annual Account Fee (NZD$50) waived for the first year. Note that the 1^st year fee waiver is processed as follows: the charge of the first instalment of the $50 Annual Account Fee ($25) will be followed by a refund of the same amount ($25) shortly after opening your Account. After 6 months, the second instalment of $25 will be charged and then refunded back to your Account.
4. After the first year, the Annual Account Fee of $50 applies and will be charged in accordance with the Terms & Conditions applying to your Farmers Masterard.
5. Excludes any new accounts created in line with Long Term Finance purchases including Flexi pay purchases and fixed instalments (LTF New Account). New accounts created online and with a first purchase being a Long Term Finance purchase are deemed a LTF New Account and are not eligible for this promotion.

1. 3. Eligible customers who have opened a new Farmers Mastercard account during the Offer Period using the Promo Code ‘NOFEE’ and spent a minimum of $100 on their Farmers Mastercard at Farmers within 30 days of becoming a customer (“Promo Period”) will receive a 100 Farmers Club Points.
4. Any purchases made on Farmers Mastercard during the Credit Back Period that have been cancelled, refunded, returned, or suspended before 31 July will not be eligible for inclusion in the Offer.
5. The Farmers Club Points will be applied by 9 September 2022 to each qualifying customer’s Farmers Mastercard account.
6. The Farmers Club Points are not negotiable or redeemable for cash.
7. Any Farmers Mastercard account that has been cancelled or suspended on or before 9 September 2022 will be ineligible to receive a Credit Back.

12. Acceptance of the Credit Back is deemed consent for the Promoter to use the winner’s details for promotional and media purposes.
13. Except for any liability that cannot be excluded by law, the Promoter shall not be liable for any loss, damage, personal injury whatsoever, including but not limited to indirect or consequential loss, which is suffered or sustained arising out of or in connection with the Credit Back offer.
